Police chase turns deadly: Two bystanders killed in pursuit crash in Panorama City

Two innocent people who were getting tacos for their families were killed when a pursuit crash came to a violent end in the San Fernando Valley.

What person, who's car is stolen, wants police to chase their vehicle until its totalled. These chases should never continue once public safety is in danger. I hope these victims family's get huge settlement, for wrongful death, from these so called law enforcement agencies!!! So sad
