On March 10, 2023, Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s deputies were advised city police were in pursuit of a vehicle in Fond du Lac, WI. During the pursuit, stop sticks were successfully deployed on the suspect’s vehicle. It eventually came to a stop but fled again rapidly. Deputies then utilized a box-in maneuver to prevent the suspect vehicle from fleeing further.

I support bodycams for police for 2 reasons:
Reason 1: It fosters accountability and gives us definitive evidence of everything that happens
Reason 2 (The more important reason): It gives me cool police content to watch

That dog just had his heart broken. Only a true scumbag would put their dog through a situation like that.

I know the person that was involved in this & the dog is with me and as safe as can be! So sweet seeing everyone worried about him. His name is Areo! He’s a trooper!
I can’t add a picture onto the chat but I made him my profile pic so everyone can see a happy photo of him!

Dog played the passenger role perfectly. Talked a lotta sh!t, gassed him up, and when the cuffs came out it's "you're on your own bro" watching from the safety of the cab

That's honestly such a good dog, hopefully he'll get a good home and won't have to be put through anything like this again. A pile up both ways on the road is horrible

That dog part was heartbreaking 🥺 he probably felt like he was failing at keeping his master safe. I'm just glad that he didn't bite anyone. Hopefully he gets a new home with loving responsible owners.

I am glad I’m not alone feeling heartbreak for the dog, you can hear the distress in the barking. Poor dog, I hope all is well and the owner gets help.

A dog in distress always brings tears to my eyes. I don’t know why. Maybe it’s because a dog’s love is so pure and absolute.

Bonus lesson from this video: don't stare at emergency vehicles if you're driving. They're already busy enough with the incident at hand, they don't need a to deal with a second accident because you needed to see what was going on rather than watching the road.

I love those talks that service workers have in the midst of everything. Firefighters, paramedics, or police, they all seem to be able to share a laugh about the situation sometimes and it’s kind of heartwarming to see that. Especially when it comes to the serious situations. They’re just happy to still see eachother smiling 🥲

Imagine causing a pileup because you were too busy gawking at the emergency response in the other lane...

Thank you officers for not hurting the poor pupper. And that guy sucks. Obviously he has issues and I hope he gets help but damn. Edit: how did he dodge a DUI???

Total prohibition didn’t work, but it’s clear that certain persons should be prohibited from accessing alcohol.

I feel sorry for the dog. 😢 He has no idea what’s happening, just that someone is grabbing his owner, pulling him out of the car and he needs to protect owner. 😢 I hope a family member was able to get the dog so it wasn’t put down.
