(Catcher was just messing with the hitter, the pitcher was not coming off injury)

Just pumps it in there at 98... I'm 47 used to throw 95. Partially tore my labrum in a playoff game when I was 33. We were tied up after 9 so I went out there for the 10th 11th and the 12th 😂😂. That's when it blew out and never got back on a mound again. But watching these videos makes me want to get back on the hill and just cut it loose like I've done so many times in my life... It sucks to get old guys..

I'm gonna say it, this catcher is fire. Brave, bravado and skills.

I remember hearing Randy Johnson warming up at a 1pm day game with the Yankees. The pop looked effortless, and he popped it louder just before the game started. It was amazing.

He had nice movement on that 2 seamer too, love that pitch. Work that sucker outside to outside of the plate, the batter just walks away defeated.

If you don't throw strikes, it doesn't matter how hard you throw.

That batter smirked for two reasons. One, he knew that was hotter than upper 80s. And he also knew that hitting a 90 mile an hour fastball is hard enough, much less whatever this guy is really throwing!
