Hare Krishna
Jnan yoga: Knowledge of atma and Paramatma. Bhakti yoga: Knowledge of atma, Paramatma and connection between them. Every birth adds karma to one's account. Unmanifested karma or Aprabdha. With birth a part of it manifest to fix the junctions, called Prabdha. The rest of Aprabdha gives tendency to repeat the sins called Koodam. On suitable circumstances Koodam turns into desires called Bhijam. But the transcendental knowledge can burn all these and liberate one. Just do devotional service.
