How to play GTA San Andreas at 60 FPS without glitches PC

Hello guys and welcome to my channel!

About me: My name is TrueGamingHD but mostly my friends just call me True
I play all sorts of video game titles from PS2, PS4 PC and Xbox (mostly just console)

I do not have a video or live stream schedule but I’m planning on making one in the near future!

I try my best to do at least one stream a week and maybe a couple of videos here and there.

And Yeah, sorry it’s not a lot but that’s all you have to know about me for now!

Thanks for the vid! I have a 120 hz monitor and it was still glitchy but i could just set the monitor down to 60 hz also in the nvidia panel and then it worked fine.

At 60 fps the cars still coast less (braking just a little bit).
Literally an unplayable game if you don't want to play at 30 fps. Shame.

Well whenever I turn off frame limiter
Works fine to me

I'd rather play the game at 60fps with a few glitches, than break my eyes playing at 30fps. What i did is this:I have a 2k 144hz monitor and i just set monitor refresh rate, down to 60hz, forced vsync in nvidia control panel, and then disabled frame limiter in the game menu. This doesn't work for gta 3 too, so i used rivatuner instead to lock the game at at 60fps, (although 50 is more recommended to avoid glitchy cut-scenes).

dude I have VSync and Triple Buffering on (Idk I have NVIDIA GPU so Triple Bufffering work good additionally). I tweaked some more settings now it's again back to 60fps and also some flickering is also occuring. pls help man!

I have a problem that when i turned off my frame limiter the screen goes gitching and if i turn it on the glitches are gone but it's laggy, Can you find a solution to this pls.
