I might sound a bit mean, but I've found this video while searching for some software or tips for my new microphone and the first second of this video I was thrown off by the the way you were just huffin air into your mic, might not be the issue with settings but they way you speak and how much you exhale while making certain sounds. i use speakers instead of headphones, will this pickup my audio from the speakers? and will it also pick up keyboard clicks or does the noise gate prevent that?

Hey, the circle thing on the bottom of the mic that you spin, should it be spinned to the left or right or middle?

I do not stream.. only uses discord and other software for gaming communication.
Questions is, after set everything up as instructed in the video, do I have to keep the obs at all time for my mic to to have the better sound quality? Or the setting automatically locks to my quadcast.

what’s the best gain level ? for being only a rock sign away from the microphone meaning ur mouth is at ur thumb and the microphone is touching ur pinkie. specify by lowest, first dot, second dot etc.

Should you making tutorials when your mike is booming and distorting? Put a limiter on it, reduce the gain just a tad, and invest in a pop filter. You'll sound a lot better.
