You may have noticed that I often don't mention the original brands that watches I am reviewing pay homage to. This is very intentional and not meant to offend you or the original brands. I lost my first channel in October 2020 which I had spent 9 months growing and invested a significant amount of money in simply because I had mentioned the original brands in some of my videos. There are people who try to use YouTubes lack of understanding when it comes to the difference between homage watches and fake watches to attack other channels and their owners and sadly I fell foul of this in 2020. This channel was also attacked recently and YouTube deleted content simply because I had said 'subby homage' and 'Rolex homage' in two videos despite the watches in the videos being perfectly legal homage watches. Please understand that I can not afford to risk my channel so I will no longer be mentioning other brands when reviewing homage watches.

This is a clear homage of Hamilton's Khaki Aviation Pilot Pioneer. Given the reasonable cost of the Hamilton, this may be a case where it is worth saving for the original.

Nothing wrong with the watch, it looks nice. I like the fact it has such a short lug to lug. You're right about the white bezel version. It looks odd, like the markings have come off. But all in all, what Baltany do, they mostly do right.

Just one quibble, its more of a field watch than a pilots watch. To me, field watches have full numerals with cathedral hands and train tracks for seconds markers whereas pilots watches have a triangle and two dots at the 12 position sword hands and batons for seconds markers. But one commenter below has set me right, its a homage of Hamilton's Khaki Aviation Pilot Pioneer. 🤨HMMM.
I've left my pedantry in on purpose as a warning to others. i blame Hamilton for getting confused 😊😊😊

It's a nice looking watch, and I'm happy to see the bidirectional bezel, but I do kinda wish it had some nice clicks. Very tempting... Looks like it wears well.

In terms of design it's a... postmodernist watch (even if it design "belongs" to hamilton). It has cathedral hands of trench watch, arabic numerals sort of a field watch, minutes "railroad track" of a pocket watch, bezel of a dive watch and case of a tool watch. It's a lot of things at once. Ecclectic is the word i think.

Nice textured dial, wish the bezel had clicks, easy to use when timing without numbing it and ruining the thing your timing. My NH 38 movements are more accurate than my NH 35 for some reason.

Really like it. Nice case and nice lug length. The dial and hands look fantastic. I wish it came with a bracelet, but it looks like it can do with a variety of straps. Enjoyed it.

I love "pilot-dive" watches, but I think the Addiesdive MY-H9 has this beat by a mile: it isn't a copy, has nice sword hands, is 200m, and has a true dive bezel with clicks. It has surprised me how it's been the watch I turn to the most. I like the way this Baltany/Hamilton looks, especially the thin bezel shape, but the bidirectional/no-click puts me off. And while I don't mind the sterile back, the unbranded crown makes the side of the watch look generic. Still a nice offering...
