So the previous tenants moved out at end of may after 4 years and the plaintiff moved in the day after. She somehow did $750 worth of damage in less than two months? Defendant obviously made no repairs in between tenants. She probably just wanted back to back tenants, without having to do repairs and to scam both security deposits.

Defendant knew she didn't have a case. She didn't want to show the pictures and kept trying to pass up estimates. I love how JJ ended it after "the dog used the bathroom on the lawn."
