The dialogue has one more line in it, where the Cadian says "I won't forget this!" in a threatening tone of voice. This time it got cut off by the healing voiceline.

I like to view this interaction as an Ex-ganger Armageddon Veteran meeting a war-torn, Chaos-aware Cadian Veteran. One is a hot-headed Ork killer with an atypical attitude for starting shit, the other is a proud Cadian whom is deeply traumatized by his whole planets breaking and Chaos taking victory. It's a clash of cultures and experiences that speaks to the regimental diversity and struggles of the Guard.

I got that burn dialog as a guardsmen against another guardsmen but my character was from cadia too, hope they fix that. A cadian would never say anything like that!
