Immortality: How It Feels To Be Alone | Genshin Lore Analysis

This is a video essay about Genshin Impact Lore analysis, specifically Zhongli's. It mainly talks about his lore rather than his gameplay perspective. If you think being an immortal is good, well think again as I will talk about how being an immortal could be a curse rather than a gift using Zhongli as an example.

I'm trying something new so this is different from my other content. But with that said, I hope you enjoy. :))

Our happy memories are immortal if we decide to keep them even if they become more and more blurred as time goes by.

When it's the loneliness that's the root problem, not immortality by itself, then the obvious solution is just to make everyone who wants it immortal, to keep you company.
Like how living to 90 might feel like a curse of loneliness in a world where everyone dies at 25, but not in a world where most people get old.

I didn't watch the full video yet, but my prospective on immortal beings in general, is completely different from most people's.
People tend to think that immortal beings feel loliness due to how everyone that they hold dear, will inevitably pass away.
About this topic, I'm the idea that thanks to mortality, those beings will be able to not experience a relationship with a person, but rather, and entire generation derivant from that very person, besides they lived so long that they became numb to the pain of losing someone dear, for mortals at least.
On a grand scale, they'll also experience the rise and fall of empires, how the worlds shapes around them, and how they shape it, and how wich I honestly find beautiful
Overall their responses on those events, and their appreciation for such, I guess it differs from immortal fictional character to immortal fictional charater

Anyways I did a really scuffed rushed comment so I didn't add all that I wanted + I didn't watch the video, so you probably said some of these things
