Can we acknowledge for a sec how horrifying Tingle was on WW? He stole the pictograph box and we aren't explained why, put his brothers along with a random guy in slave labor to rotate his tower, and even tho he was in jail for stealing the pictograph box, THAT DOESN'T EXPLAIN WHY WERE THERE SKULLS THERE!

Gonna take a shot in the dark and say that the game concept would have been too similar to Luigi’s mansion. I don’t think it would have been like M rated horror games, or even like Castlevania, so they probably just figured they’d copy the Luigi gimmick, but Nintendo was on the fence about making another one of those so they placed this on hold.
