Jess is 34-years-old, autistic, and blind. Her favorite topics of conversation include getting a new dog, her friend Keely, her Aunt Sue, and cousin Donna. Jess collects CD’s of children’s music, cards, coloring books, and has a small collection of used up disposable cameras that she refuses to get developed. Favorite health foods include chicken and rice, chicken tenders, chicken nuggets, chicken biscuits, pepperoni pizza, and hash brown potatoes. Jess has naturally curly hair that she would rather not ever comb, brush, or cut.

Jessica’s multiple disabilities stem from brain damage that occurred in-utero, and from hydrocephalus. In addition to autism and blindness, Jess also has minor fine motor and gross motor deficits. Hannah is Jessica's sister, and Marlow is Jessica's paid support staff (and Hannah's best friend.)

Pumpkin bread and Banana Nut bread my favorite anytime of year!!! I made 100 mini loaves of pumpkin bread and 100 mini loaves if banana nut bread for my Mother's memorial life celebration!! Everyone got to bring loaves home in honor of her!! Eating those leaves is like having a hug from your loved ones! Great job lady's!!! I love how Campbell reaps the benny's!!

Jess, did you know you can add “punkin” to dog food? It helps to fill them up therefore their not eating so much dog food, to help keep weight down! 😊🧐

Freeze your leftover pumpkin in an ice cube tray. Then use them for cold treats for the pups! Outside of course. Pumpkin is good for their tummy

U go Jess my daughter is functioning autistic but my niece has autism spectrum disorder she's 9 we're trying to teach her to talk slowly she's doing it but this Lil Girl is so smart. Jess is doing well and I'm glad Everyone takes the Time to teach her

I love moist pumpkin bread! I’m wondering if you can make banana bread using the same base ingredients leaving out the pumpkin and adding bananas?

Yummy yummy!! I’ll bet it would be good with dream whip on top as well. I’ll have to try that the next time I make it. I have a kitchen aid mixer but all I ever use is a whisk too.

I love all things pumpkin, although I'm not hip on pumpkin spice....especially nutmeg. Just a bit too much of that, and
the whole thing is ruined.
Question for you: Can you taste the difference between pumpkin and sweet potato pie?
Many people say they can taste the difference. I can. Sweet potato pie doesn't have those spices, at least
mine doesn't.
