As a person with an astigmatism. Life isn't easy for me, because I needed glasses to see. Without it, I'm literally blind. Like, I cannot see anything. So for you guys out there, love your eye. Not everyone can see clearly.

I had astigmatism but got lasik 5 years ago. Before that, I remember being upset that I would need glasses to see properly for the rest of my life. I hated wearing glasses and would always accidentally break them. I was scared of the thought of lasik, but at the end, it was worth it. I can now see things without the need for glasses!

One night waiting for my boss to pick me up and I mistakenly opened the car door to a jeep full of bank robbers instead of his. WOAH to my 😲 surprise They actually were very understanding smh. Scary thought afterwards though.

I have astigmatism in only one of my eyes. The other one is completely fine and I’ve had it since I was a kid. At the first stages I would wear glasses but they didn’t help and the astigmatism went really high in only one eye while the other remained fine. So now my brain is actually using only my left eye to see because the vision is clear and my doctor said that I couldn’t wear glasses because the difference between the eyes would give me headaches

My astigmatism usually effects me with small letters making it hard to learn but when it’s night and your in the car in a city or at a stop light it looks cool >:D
