What if the screen record isn't on that pencil thing

My phone forces me to record both audio and microphone, and there are literally no other settings. The audio records awfully and the microphone is...decent. I'm running Android 11, and I even updated my phone, but I am stuck with this. Any ideas on how to fix it?

It eventually works on my Huawei prime 9 phone but the problem is that My Cellphone was Broken so I use my tablet but It says Shortcut not displayed
