I add shredded onion, 2 cloves of garlic, saffron and eggs to mine. I will try this one though if I am ever out of ingredients. Thank you for sharing!

Wish you would do the NON Persian thing and give actual measurements of the spices. Before any Persians get upset, I'm also Persian. And I think it's a lot more helpful to know what spices and how much of each to use.

I thought Persian kotlet has same ingredients like Russian but only minced beef, onion and pepper are same the rest are totally different. Interesting.

My katlet always puffs up and gets fat and big. I make it flat but when I cook it it becomes higher. How can I prevent this? Thank you
