You are the best! My husband is persian and I have referred to you for many recipes. So many different recipes to 1 dish sometimes. I appreciate when you keep your recipes authentic, it's the flavor he grew up with. Being lebanese it's still not easy cooking persian lol. Thank you again.

I did the way you suggested yesterday, It is delicious! Today, instead of put the whole egg, I separate the yoke and bitt the whites...omg! It is so good when it's ready...light...I think the onion when introduced to all ingredients, got very surprised of the egg separation and got very tender... Kotlets became more juicer, honest.

Couldn't help but to notice that what a beautiful Kitchen you have. LOL I remember my mom used to make Kotlet with some home made hot sauce as well. It was tomato paste and some chilli pepper in it with water and fried onion. AAWWW those good ole days. LOL

Mr. KShar, thank you for a wonderful recipe. One comment for Zardan: Grow up. Being Iranian is not just about cooking or speaking right English, is about how to talk in a right way and how to respect others. I am not sure exactly where you have been raised, but dear, Kotlet is an Iranian food and Iranians love it. If you feel you don't belong to the culture, please don't waste your time watching something you don't understand or appreciate. Go and watch something you can make and

Hey Kshar, I made these last night according to your video and it came out very well. Everyone loved it and said they were crispy outside and very soft inside. Also tastes very good cold the next day. Thank you for the idea.
