I don't agree with the narrative that the habsburgs as a whole were bad. Charles I of Austria, among others was actually pretty good. He was opposed to the Austro-Hungarian empire getting involved in WW1 and secretly held peace talks with France. The only reason they failed was because Italy made claims to Austro-Hungarian territory, which he saw as invalid. He saw WW1 for what it really was, a game played by other rulers at the expense of their peoples.

You have to look at actual history before judging a leader evil. Vlad Tepes was retaliating for what was done to his country, he is rightly judged a hero.
