Such a rollercoaster she takes you on in this song right? The dynamics are great and then the last note she holds for like forever while the piano finishes is just amazing.
Pretty clear the 5 years old Lara was not wrong 😂

Also love the instrumentation as you pointed out, as per usual in this style of music it's subtle but in her songs I always find great arrangements on piano, guitar, or whatever it fits the song, and it adds a lot of variety

I'm glade you've been discovering more about Lara's. I really recommend you to get to know her album Camouflage (2018), an entire album in English which she co-composed all the lyrics. I also recommend you to react to this wonderful live performance de of hers. It's one of the best songs of the album, the entire album is a GEM, what she does in the end of this live performance is so amazing vocally. ❤

This whole concert is absolutely one of Lara's best. Too bad there is no HD version of that concert. When i first saw this concert in early 2000 in finnish TV, it blew my mind. It totally drop my chin to the floor. And this song was one of the reasons to do that, with 5 or 6 other songs. THNX for this Lara reaction! 😎 (BTW in the beginning Lara telling her being a singer at age 5, was not necessarily so, her dad telling the story little differently... and that song was released in 1976 so Lara has to be at least 6... 😁😁)
