If anyone wants to know, the event this is based off (chernobyl) happened in Pripyat, Ukraine SSR, Soviet Union. A man named dyatlov basicly overthrew his colleges as he wanted to do a test, which was extremely dangerous and it hadn’t been done, he’d wouldn’t get a promotion. So he forced the reactor Down to 700mw but then the power plummeted to 100 he forced his colleges to raise the power back to 1200 mw but the only safe way to do that was over 24 hours. He still did it making all the coolant retires fail and causing a massive part in the Soviet unions collapse. Pripyat was evacuated with a 100km exclusion zone and since 1986, been a ghost town
