I too came to conclude Christ is Lord simply because of His doing and saying the very things God would. Especially in His accepting worship.

Jesus was illegally tried and sentenced for blasphemy. The Scribes and Pharisees knew exactly who and what He was claiming to be. They attempted to stone Him on multiple occasions for it. You couldn't tell them He wasn't claiming to be God.

So the old adage still applies. He was either a liar, a lunatic or Lord. He can't be a "good man, good teacher or prophet" and make the claims He did if they weren't true.

His disciples and eyewitnesses would also all have to have been as corrupt if Jesus didn't prove Himself true. Dedicating their lifetimes to endangering and ruining their own lives for someone they know is false makes absolutely no sense at all. There's no counter evidence to warrant the accusation whatsoever.

Jesus Christ is Lord and all will be judged by their acceptance or rejection of Him for our sins. Repent and believe the good news while you still can.

1. Jesus claimed to be God and proved it by His resurrection
2. Jesus fulfilled dozens if not hundreds of detailed prophecies given hundreds of years before He was born
3. His followers were cowards - one betrayed Him one denied knowing Him all the others
hid in fear after His arrest - but after His resurrection they served and died for Him
4. He said He would send His Holy Spirit after His return to the Father and that the Holy
Spirit would build His Church. This has contined for 2, 000 years and is soon coming to an end.
