⁠For the ps4 its different you have to press settings while hovering over fortnite and for us it’ll be shown as “Upload/Download Saved Data” and all you have to do is upload it to online storage and start Fortnite and then it’ll start downloading you’re very welcome!!!

on xbox i fixed it by going to my games and apps then go down to manage, there will be an option that says updates. That will have fortnite there and then just press update all
