How To DRAW SHAPES With The Pen Tool In Photoshop

Ever wondered how you can draw complex shapes in Adobe Photoshop? Well, in this video, we'll delve into how you can use the Pen Tool to create shapes in vector (path) form - much easier for scaling and editing later!

PHOTOSHOP SHORTCUTS
Pen tool: P
Hand tool: H
Undo: Cmd + Z... (Windows: Ctrl + Z)
Zoom in: Cmd + "+"... (Windows: Ctrl + "+")
Zoom out: Cmd + "-"... (Windows: Ctrl + "-")
Zoom to entire canvas: Cmd + 0... (Windows: Ctrl + 0)
Select a point on a path with pen tool: Cmd... (Windows: Ctrl)
Select multiple points on a path with pen tool: Cmd + Shift... (Windows: Ctrl + Shift)

✅ VIDEO SUMMARY
To find the Pen Tool in Adobe Photoshop, go to the left hand tool bar and you should find it positioned just above the Type Tool, or you can press the shortcut "P" on your keyboard. You can create points by pressing your left mouse key anywhere on your canvas. Everytime you create a new point, Photoshop will connect it with the previous and form a shape. To complete the shape, simply go back to the first point you created and press on it again. You can then either fill, stroke or create a selection from the path you've made!

i use stroke but how can i modify how thick it is?

Cool video, one question, can you draw a perfect circle using the pen tool or you would use pre-existing shapes for that section

Nope. I'll print it and use a crayon. Cannot fill. Don't have any of the tools you have. I hate PS. It gives me anxieties to use it.
