*** Hot Tomato Chutney/Spicy Tomato Chutney ***

This is the afghan style spicy tomato chutney that compliments fried food very well. Usually it is served with bolani, french fries, mantu, afghani burgers etc.

There are many variations of this chutney, but I have made this pretty simple version of it with available ingredients which takes less than two minutes from prepping to serving.

Ingredients:
1 large tomato
2 medium red peppers (Serrano)
¼ cup white vinegar
½ tsp himaliyan salt

Cut tomatoes and peppers into manageable pieces, add vinegar and salt. Blend everything together and serve as a side with the food of your choice.

You can use any kind of vinegar but balsamic vinegar enhances the taste more compared to white vinegar.

This can be stored in the fridge for upto a week in an air tight container but it usually don't last that long in my house.
