Great review very detailed and entertaining. I am a full time caravan tourer and I love my F3800. The F3800 powers everything as you mention....Although to get 6kw out you need to utilize the socket configurations correctly

Good video, the Anker F3800 system is decent. I have two F3800's and 6 BP3800 expansion batteries and a Home Power Panel... so I am speaking from experience. Unfortunately I would not buy again because but they essentially have no customer service. And when they do firmware upgrades, they don't know the changes in specs. And they don't ship anywhere near their promised shipping and delivery time. But as for support, each call or chat takes hours and each response it automatic and says they will reply in 2 days... even for the most basic questions. So unless you're a solar expert, don't count on ANKER for any help unless you have a ton of patience.

10:10 I've heard you can use a Double ended plug and switch you grid power to the off position. Then by connecting one end into the 3 pin socket on the power station then the other end into the none live wall socket and that would give the power, directly into that ring circuit on that floor (sockets only) and you would have to move the unit to a second floor for the same effect PLEASE NOTE GRID POWER WOULD HAVE TO BE OFF AT THE BREAKER TO DO THIS.

Another great review Stu. This looks great and I remember this being on Kickstarter but not being able to it as a home power backup is a deal breaker for me unfortunately. If it had it then I would have certainly got one

Noticed this was hobbled when it first came on to the kickstarter I was just as disappointed as you were. It has to be down to UK wiring regs etc....

You're going to smoke your EV's onboard charger using that high frequency, transformerless inverter. Without any galvanic isolation between the DC boost stage and its AC output, one day, you'll regret voiding your EVs warranty.

Someone got themselves a Tesla....in Wales....where theres no infrastructure for EVs...so yes, I agree with Joe, put it in the boot😂
