Red pesto
Green pesto
Fresh basil leaves
Parmesan cheese, grated
Oat milk (for brushing)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: 180°C (350°F).
Roll Out the Puff Pastry: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to an even thickness.
Spread Pesto and Add Basil: Spread red pesto on one half and green pesto on the other. Add a layer of basil leaves.
Sprinkle with Parmesan: Grate Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the basil.
Fold and Cut: Fold the pastry in half, enclosing the fillings. Cut into 1-inch wide strips.
Create Twists: Gently twist each strip to form a spiral.
Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the twists on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
