How would you know about structural issues if you can't see uneven floors etc

But how did you know that the structure was sound? Is there a specific contractor you can bring in to confirm this?

Think a lot of new, investors will have a hard time .. estimating and trying to get contractors to give estimate ls and inspections .. an experience flipper will have already secured the deal ..any suggestions, tarl
