You did have to be on your toes with Steve Jobs for sure. My favorite Steve Jobs story came at the first World Wide Developers Conference after Steve returned to Apple from NEXT. Developers were amassing at the doors to Steve’s keynote address. The doors should have already been opened, they started to chant in angst. Inside, Steve was railing over the stool he was provided to be on stage with him, they got the triangle shaped bottle of water he liked, but the stool just wouldn’t do, event if he wasn’t going to sit on it. It was too tall, or too short or too wide or the color wasn’t right, no one could be sure…

A few event staffers went into the neighborhood to borrow stools from bars and restaurants so Steve can pick a new one from an assortment. Finally, they returned with half a dozen or so stools and eventually, just the right one was selected by Steve and the waiting crowd was let in.

Yes, that’s right, he sent them out for stool samples...

Amazing . I wish I had the chance of meeting him but unfortunately before I even get to know about him it was already too late 😭😂😢. U r very lucky person sir please keep sharing his stories his rules etc with us
