Clips published months later should be labeled with their creation date.

“A lifetime appointment that could dramatically impact individual freedoms and change the direction of the court for at least a generation is too important to get bogged down in politics. The American people shouldn’t be denied a voice. Do we want a court that interprets the law, or do we want a court that acts as an unelected super legislature? This year is a tremendous opportunity for our country to have a sincere and honest debate about the role of the Supreme Court in our constitutional system of government.”

What’s the plan?
Gorsuch: TALK LESS! SMILE MORE! DON’T LET THEM KNOW WHAT YOU’RE AGAINST OR WHAT YOU’RE FOR!

I forgot about Gorsuch. I remembered the stolen seat but I forgot Trump had rammed through two people.

Hey Comedy Central. If you upload a rerun -- this video is over a year old -- please tag the video accordingly. When I see a publication date of Aug 25, 2018, I assume that I'm watching content from Aug 25, 2018.

Trevor, we love you, dude. Especially here in South Africa.

I think you are doing a great job, and you are a great interviewer.

I have only ONE tiny little criticism: I find that your eye contact during interviews is a little off. You look a lot longer into the distance than at the interviewee during your questions. It bothers me a bit because it seems a little disrespectful and I get the impression that you are avoiding looking at the interviewee, for whatever reason, and they be many, but more direct eye contact with your guest/ guests would take your interviews to great heights. I have held this feeling for a really long time and have debated whether to mention it or not. I thought you’d like to know.

Do you mind doing a bit of introspection on that? I think it would make your interviews that much more powerful. They are already amazing. I think you are the best interviewer on late night, and I love that you read the book the authors are promoting. Hats off. We are all very proud of you here at home.

Yo, Trevor, can you please post "Original air date: ____" so we know it's an old video?

Why are you uploading videos about Neil Gorsuch from last year instead of having conversation about Justice Kavanaugh? Can you please upload some current content? There's plenty to talk about nowadays...

So now do we have to start watching a clip in order to tell if it's new or a year old?

Why do people think Trevor is the 1 posting these clips but refuse to see the wrong in trump

If you don't want him as a judge you try to block him. What's with the waffling? Do they think that everyone will suddenly start being nice if they roll over enough times?

Uploading old clips that weren’t previously published to show’s official YouTube channel is an annoying and confusing way of retaining daily viewers when the show’s YouTube editors don’t have new content available for publication on off days.

Everyone remotely interested in this conversation should check out Dahlia Lithwick's podcast on the American legal system and constitutional law: Amicus. One of my favorite podcasts and such an interesting and helpful source of legal analysis.
