I have to differ with something here. The attack was violent with armed people who caused people to die either during the attack, one committed suicide after because he could not deal with the trauma and left others with PTSD. Windows were smashed, police were attacked with weapons and our Vice President’s life was threatened with a noose outside waiting for him. Bear spray, steel pipes, flags, shields, fire extinguishers as well as thousands of rioters were there so If this was not a violent attack at the hands of don the con man, then you tell me what is considered an attack. This was clearly an attack on our Capitol and democracy and these facts should not be sugar coated. Call a spade a spade!

Well not only did Trump talk about it before hand but after hand he said he would pardon participants of the events on January 6th
