How many times are they allowed to charge the same charges against a person? It seems to me Mr Smith wants to reword the charges to make the same charges. Any ordinary citizen would never survive these kind of charges. This feels like suffocating charges that the majority of us could not survive the costs of continuing charges over and over. How can Jack Smith still be doing this when a Federal Judge ruled he is not legally appointed. So what if the 11th circuit rules Smith was not legally appointed? Does that apply to all courts? What if they make it a national ruling, like so many liberal judges do? I don't think the DOJ could appeal in DC because it is in the 11th circuit.

This case will not be dismissed no way no how. The judge already said that she didn't care about the election or what effect it has on the case. She also said that what the judge in Florida concluded has no bearing on her case. She also said that determining that the prosecutor was not a valid prosecutor doesn't matter to her. She also said even if Trump wins she still intends to hear the case. He doesn't stand a chance they are going to find him guilty and sentence him to prison. It's already rigged up all that's left is to make it happen. It's going to happen and I'm not sure if it can be stopped. I believe the new York case sentencing is being held up to see what happens in the Washington DC case

Until she receives instructions to the contrary, the judge is required to carry out the instructions of the Supreme Court. Namely to carry out a judicial review of the evidence to ascertain which is inadmissible under official acts immunity.
