This record sounds like 70's p*r* music for a SelecTV / Showtime After Hours ad

Reviewing the 1976 Jack McDuff album "Sophisticated Funk", I noticed it sounds like a promo that SelecTV would have run, or maybe Showtime After Hours.

I saw a copy years ago at a flea market booth and kept walking and then I realized I needed to go back and buy it but someone beat me to it. Still haven’t listened to it but it’s gotta be good lol

and i have this album. scratched to shit, from learning all of Jck McD's organ parts as well as the rest of the instruments, 1st by ear and then transcribing all of the instrument-iLL parts. My Hockey cat Scruffy, finished it off, by scratching the funk outta the spine. in college i had a keyboard class w/ Brutha' Jack, who was The shite, fer Shure.
