Should we need to calculate Static Base shear every time while using Dynamic Analysis.(Response Spectra method).
Does it for only for to calculate scale factor, or for load combination?

Do we use only Static base shear for further calculation thou we calculate dynamic base shear by means of scale factor ?
Because we calculate (Statics VB/Response VB) and again multiply by Response VB. It means finally remains Only Static Base Shear as it is.We finally use equalate base shear in Dynamic Defination .Then why should we calculate Dynamic base shear. Sir Plz Explain.
