How do you handle working around hvac and/or plumbing when installing mid-span blocking in exposed basement ceiling for floor joists above?

Good instruction but camera movement is too fast which makes it difficult to watch. Slow it down. Focus on one area, explain, then slowly move your camera to the next area of focus.
