Yes...though i have to admit we haven't used them extensively, just in this demo. We did get a couple in the Fit Test Dummies gym recently - perhaps we'll have to do a full workout with a bunch of transitions to test them out.

Do you find them easier to use then the other bars? Do you think it improves your transistion speed?

camera stayed on talent should have shown the product. would have been nice to actually seen it in action.

Those bar's are f!!ing terrible. They go in alright, but releasing them is hell, ESPECIALLY if you've just been doing a set. What the hell were they thinking? and the way they spin is so stupid, how does that help??
