That part where you talked about the split second conversation with yourself when the squat bar stops going up, it was an excellent description.

it's hard to explain power lifting to someone who has never experienced it... but you did a great job explaining it, and the difficulties that come with it

Yea some people say powerlifting is easy you just gotta eat and lift. Bro you don't know what it feels like when you can't do shit good. When you can't lift that weight sometimes. It's a pure mind game

I recently fell into the addiction know as strongman. Hours and hours of work put into training and eating. Sacrificing my social, financial opportunities. For what? Well my 400kg is simply knowing i can say ive put 100% effort into something. And most people cant say that.

First and foremost... give Dillon a raise. Amazing stuff from him as always. That dude is talented beyond limits.

The part 8 minutes in where you talk about the split second during squats where you question why you do this and how you choose to win that conversation within yourself - you need to find a way to bottle and sell that prospective to the masses.

So good man. Keep it up. And thanks for all you give to your channel.

Absolutely outstanding!

On a side note, watching this right before bed is a bad idea. I already lifted today but I want to go lift again. #whatissleep

The description/analogy of the squat was just beautiful.
