Broadcast and collision domains both happen at the Data Link layer of the OSI model. A broadcast domain is the domain in which a broadcast is forwarded. A collision domain is the part of a network where packet collisions can occur.

You guys are so quick to compliment when he clearly completely missed to define what a collision domain is and rather when he got to it, he started talkin about the difference between collision domain on a hub vs switch. He started differentiating between them like I am expecting to purchase a hub or a switch and can't decide. He never mentioned what a collision domain actually is or what it does or why it occurs. As a result, now I gotta go find another video for it. SMH you guys gotta do better when learning. How easily influenced, you guys got me wanting to start a channel.

Everything on point, in formation clearly explained. The background music is annoying, which prevents to focus on the info delivered. 8 out of 10.

you are giving example of broadcast with VLAN wich is an advance topic and broadcast is a beginner topic. Find better example and use graphics when you try to explain. I quit on a half of the video.

So does that mean if a collision occurs it is isolated to each collision domain? As in there's a place it goes to before its disguarded? Like a trashcan??

don't change the camera angle. it make hard to focus
