I couldn’t do an apartment. I lived with my boyfriend’s parents for 2 years saved up 45, 000 for a down payment and just got pre approved for a really nice big house ! My boyfriend always had the mindset of “I’m not gonna waste money on someone else’s property” and at first I was kinda mad because I wanted us to live on our own but I’m glad I sucked it up. I really recommend to work on your credit and save up for a house! We’re only 22 ! But happy for you girl each their own as long as you’re happy and continue to grind !
