Sideboarding out 4 lands was a huge mistake and if the other player was more patient would have lost you the game

In a deck which is 50% lands, it takes 30 lands to mill your deck leaving you with a surplus of 30 cards. Of those 30 cards, if 10 of them aren't lands then you don't have any way of dealing enough damage to win. You absolutely need 40 lands in swan hunt or you lose

Game 2 you had the win regardless unless they found 2 IoK. You had double Smash to Smithereens in hand plus other relevant cards.
