It is very wrong that google doesn't change a review if the owner responds. Google reviews are very unfair to the poor owners of businesses. Another nightmare to deal with. I have a small coffee shop with amazing coffee, bakery, services, and food but we get one-start reviews sometimes for very stupid things and usually the very young customers that don't understand the damage they can cause to a business. It is not right that a business reputation depends on stupid reviews from google. It has to be changed.

I've been trying to fight with Google about a gentleman that has been harassing my wife and her business. He's leaving threatening messages on her business answering machine. its strange that google don't introduce upload pic, so the only way you should be allowed to leave a review if you were actually a paying customer and you upload the receipt to prove, everything else should not be considered.

I have a very small business. Some guy contacted me from India offering fake 5 star reviews said no then he blackmailed me with 1 star fake reviews He even had the cheek to contact me after offering his service of removing fake reviews as providing 5 star reviews. Google removed some of his 1 star reviews after reporting it but not all. It has been ported it by fair few people. No luck I have no time and money to start a lawsuit. At the end I replied to the review. May be a bad choice by me.

this is a problem which google leaves everyone free to do criticism without any control and everyone can create a simple profile and write what they want because I had the same problem I filed a complaint against google through the protections I am disappointed because google leaves everyone should make a complaint while other companies such as booking trip advison require that you have not used the service to make a complaint and you will be judged
