My suggestion would be avoid loud and colorful running shoes. Don't pair them with jeans as a casual outfit. Try to keep your feet darker than your legs. So, you don't look like Micky Mouse, all feet.

Look Travis I’m gonna be real with you. A man shouldn’t care at all what anyone thinks about us or what we wear unless it’s a occasion that requires dressing down, dressing up, or for a professional/casual event. My opinions, observations, no judgements.

A major aspect for many guys is body image. From my observations, a lot of young men are hell bent on developing the “Dad Bod” or “40 year spread” ASAP …usually starting in their teens. A lot of guys don’t have the body image to sport “tailored” anything; the driving factor in choosing clothing is hiding this fact …meaning loose and baggy.

The good points you bring out in this video seem to be based, at least partially, on the assumption everyone watching has a good healthy body image, works to attain/maintain their physique and generally lives a healthy lifestyle …I get where you're coming from; I don’t have a problem …but others might.

Outside of the intro I'm not sure what this video has to do with enclothed cognition. I'm also not sure how you made the jump from posting a screenshot about an experiment about how physically wearing a lab coat can increase selective attention on a Stroop task (and btw sustained attention only increased when participants were told they were wearing a doctor’s coat) to: "Basically what that means is it's time to trash the clothing that no longer serves us after we mature."

Criticism of enclothed cognition aside, I'm not so sure you took away the right messages from whatever you read on the topic, considering your expressed disliking of super hero shirts, when the wikipedia article on enclothed cognition claims that children who dressed up as positive characters such as Batman spent more time on repetitive tasks than children without costumes, as these outfits are associated with strength and perseverance.

Honestly it comes off as a bit of a bait and switch. Even worse, the vid could be viewed as an attempt to shame people into buying new underwear from your sponsor because: "These items on this list can make you look like an insecure boy" and "Imagine getting intimate with a girl and she pulls down your pants and she got holey underwear everywhere. Alright, that's an instant turnoff."
