Jim, I’m 66 years old and started following you on YouTube a year ago . I can honestly say that I’ve never golfed this good or had as much fun golfing . Its in the stillness and holding the position, that makes it easier and more fun

I have been focusing on this for years. It is simple and works consistently every time. I don't think about my swing anymore.

Been trying to understand how to repetitively drop my hands in the slot without doing a slow swing and this explained it all. Thank you. Its not my hands dropping but my shoulder staying back.

This was the “secret” I searched for for over forty years (for me). OTT & hard pure pulls. NO MORE! Period, over. Though I’m no spring chicken, I most defiantly hit straight with power and accuracy. I would have mortgaged my house for this information fifty years ago. Thanks Jim for all your free advice. I know that I know now. Focus, focus, focus on the process and rules of the anatomy. Blessings

Figured this out on my own. Grip can also influence the club dropping in the slot but this is easier. Thanks for the video. Too many golf videos have guys not telling ppl this.

I also love the background you hit into. U can see your nice draw in the sky. Pretty cool.

Jim i Love this swing ive used it for over 2 years i believe in this swing theory, In your demonstration here you say the right shoulder stays behind yor left for "well after impacy" eviewing the video its (not accurate) at the moment of impact on this partcular shot your shoulders are t the very lest even. Your point is well made because even its even yo have still stayed into the slotand failed to come over the top...

My teaching pro many years ago called this "separation". He emphasized that the shoulders and arms move independently of each other. He had me do a drill where I'd turn back and then stay there as the arms and club fell . I believe this is what your teaching? Except for setting up closed. Cant wait to try it.

Jim, this is the best, easiest to understand, video on how to drop the club into the slot for an effective inside-out swing. I'm going to try it, and, finally end my over-the-top swing. Thanks!

About to enroll. Low handicap amateur with traditional swing. I tried this swing based on a few videos and hit it so solid, high and long.

Thanks Jim I am working on the "slot" move but focusing on my right shoulder as well to make sure it's not come forward. I will have a video to you this week. Thanks for all your help and I know in do time and your teachings I will get their.

Loving this swing. Makes so much sense. Still hitting my 9.5 Callaway well but wonder if a smaller head with a shorter shaft would allow me to play it more center stance and be more consistent

Absolutely love your practice range! Bet it gets pretty windy at times though. Good video, thanks.

Hi Jim, I’ve watched your videos and I believe my natural setup is very similar to the one you teach (weight forward and pivoted). So, naturally I hit a draw shape. The problem I find is that I come too much from in to out and hit a lot of shanks. Is there a simple way to correct this so that I hit less shanks? Thanks for your videos and great tips.

I have followed your videos for some time and having pretty good success with the closed shoulders thought. However I have never seen any of your thoughts on bunker play and how to use your methods to get out of bunkers .Any tips? Finally on alignment do you have club face square to target line at address?

Thanks Jim! How would one avoid from pushing the shot right? Seems like I have a tough time rotating through and finishing my swing. Thank you.
