I am in bed Liora, please pray in your own way I was told on the 12 th of December that I needed an injection between my C4- C5 vertebrae. I put it off for 2 reasons the holidays and I am a retired nurse and I am very apprehensive so now I am in so much pain that it is almost intolerable. I don't ever want to miss your videos. So I may have to miss a few, calling doctor in the morning as I cannot use my left arm or hand. My right hip is also requiring an injection for osteoarthritis. Thank you ❣️ luv you. The area been C4- and C5 is sitting on a nerve that controls my left arm just to help you understand. Had to tell someone as I only have my hubby and yesterday was our 29th wedding anniversary.
