In Australia, Ravi Kabra noticed the absence of ice popsicles in tropical India when his sister packed local ones to take home. Inspired, he and his wife Anuja launched Skippi Ice Pops in 2021. Appearing on Shark Tank India's first season, they secured a historic all-shark deal, raising 1 crore rupees for 15% equity. Skippi's monthly sales skyrocketed from 4-7 lakh rupees pre-Shark Tank to 2-2.8 crore rupees by May 2022, earning acclaim as the show's most significant success, acknowledged even by Ashneer Grover.

Established in 2020 by Jayesh Tope, Pritesh Mahajan, and Pushkaraj Salunke, Revamp Moto is developing customizable electric bikes, RM Mitra and RM Buddie 25, designed as mobile stores. Featured in our Top 10 EV startups video last year, they garnered attention on Shark Tank season 1 with a 250 crore rupees order for 50,000 bikes while still in the prototype stage. Anupam Mittal and Aman Gupta invested 1 crore rupees for 1.5% equity, supporting their vision. Despite being a pre-revenue startup.

Founded in 2019 by Ganesh Balakrishnan and Utkarsh Biradar, Flatheads crafts lightweight, eco-friendly footwear for Indian climates. Despite financial challenges, Ganesh's Shark Tank India pitch resonated, leading to viral success. Facing closure, Flatheads rebounded with an all-equity acquisition by Styched in July 2023. Now relaunched in November 2023, both Ganesh and Flatheads endure, showcasing resilience.

Established in 2017 by Aishwarya Biswas, Auli (AS U LIKE IT) became Kolkata's first female-led startup funded by Sharks. Relying on Aishwarya's social media-driven revenue, Auli's monthly sales surged from 10-12 lakh to 30-37 lakh rupees post-deal with Namita Thapar.

Established in 2021 by Abhishek Asthana, Deepak Kumar, and Jasveer Singh, Hood entered Shark Tank India season 2 seeking a 600 crore rupees valuation—one of the highest. Despite their rapid growth, they secured a deal with Peyush Bansal and Aman Gupta at their previous valuation of 112 crore rupees.

Established in 2020 by Achintya Dayal, Arjun Raghunandan, and Deepesh Rajpal, Pharmallama aims to streamline medication management by offering pre-sorted medicine packs. Despite initial success and securing an all-shark deal, their future is uncertain due to a legal notice from SCDA in March 2023, claiming their operations are illegal. The notice contends that repackaging medicines, as done by Pharmallama, violates the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.

In 2014, Nitin Vishwas discovered London's first meadery in 500 years. Inspired, he and childhood friend Rohan Rehani started Moonshine Meadery in 2018, Asia's first meadery. After a successful appearance on Shark Tank India season 1, they expanded, raising 2.7 million, reaching Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Gurugram. Revenue surged from 3.5 crore in 2020 to 18 crore in 2022, a 5X increase. In a post-Shark Tank interview, the founders revealed they sought awareness, achieving just that.

Established by Siddarth Gupta in 2018, Sid07 Designs aimed to create innovative products, secure patents, and license them to other companies. However, the original plan didn't materialize, and the company struggled with monthly sales barely reaching 1 lakh. Despite skepticism from the sharks about the inventions, Peyush offered a deal, acquiring a 75% stake for 25 lakh rupees and a 25 lakh rupees debt.

Founded by Rohit Nandhwani in 2019, Hammer Lifestyle shares similarities with Boat, both in name and products. Aman, a shark on Shark Tank season 1, aimed to acquire Hammer for 1 crore rupees to eliminate competition. Rohit, having already generated 5 crore rupees in revenue in 2021, agreed to sell a 40% stake to Aman for 1 crore rupees. Post-show, Rohit backed out of the deal, surprising other sharks who perceived him as naive.

OLL's founder, Shreyaan Daga, at 18, became the youngest entrepreneur on Shark Tank India. Starting OLL at 15, the marketplace connects teachers and students for diverse skill sessions. Despite attracting investment interest from Peyush Bansal and Vineeta Singh, Shreyaan's unconventional education approach and impatience with the sharks led him to secure funding from other investors at a higher valuation of 20 crore rupees. Currently, OLL boasts 20,000 daily users, an annual revenue of 12 crore rupees, and a valuation of 50 crore rupees, all while remaining profitable. Dissatisfied with Shark Tank India's pace.

Ths only good thing about shark tank is that it's making entrepreneurship even more mainstream which would probably make it easier for young individuals to explain their parents what they really want to do without them shooting their kids down at once.

Hammer guy is a champ. People saw honesty and innocence in him and the drama worked to his favour. He won public trust and emotional support from people. We love rag-to-riches stories. The show showed him in rags and now his post-tank success story works great for his personal branding.

That hammer guy was absolute stud / genius.. I've been thinking that hammer is acquired by boat after that episode which actually made me trust their products more lol ... I think there must be many people like me who thinks the same.. so not only Marketed product well on show but also gained boats customer base and make their selves worthy competitor to boat 😂

11:53 i liked the fact that hammer backed out from that bad deal.

Competition is good. It will also force to improve their products. And also it will be good for customer, they will have good indian companies 😁.

Ofcourse Rohit was naive he should not deal with short sight future 😅

Sharks delaying their deal processing makes perfect excuse for startup Entrepreneurs to back out of deals and also use Shark tank as a platform for brand awareness instead of signing a real funding deal. Good game

please cover the story of the guy who made a product which can cook hours of food in a few minutes
he cooked chicken in around 7 minutes and served it to the sharks (i don't remember his name or company name lol)
he was humiliated by ashneer in the show but he got a few investors after the show and i saw a post last year on reddit where he is doing much better now
