If he is a Muslim man, he should not be dating. I lived in three countries in the middle east, and this was made clear to me by several of my Muslim friends. Unless he is just looking for fun until he marries a woman to whom his parents will agree and who is of the right ethnicity, religion, and family. This is what I see.
