Monster Zero Ultra is honestly one of my favorite coffee alternatives. No added sugar, it tastes good, and doesn't come with some ridiculous amount of caffeine like other products

Nice review m8, I've been watching lately some of videos, and they are really lovely! :D.
Although I would like to point out something, for example, when you mention 8.6 or 7.5 or another rating on the specific item/food.
I think it would be nice to add a small image with the breakdown on what it is based on, like:
Smell 7/10
Taste 8/10
Fizziness 9/10
Appearance, Colour etc.

In some cases, even the aftertaste is important, depending on the food or drink, or process is it's hard to make, etc.
You can have different markers that contribute to a final score.
