To all those complaining about which is correct, "pom" or "po-em", BOTH are correct. HOWEVER, "pom" is used in American English, while "Po-em" is used in British English. Just like how americans pronounce the letter Z as "Zee", while the british pronounce it as "Zed". Same goes for "color" and "colour".
