I have been coaching for around 25 years with Swansea City, I have also been a scout with the club, I have been running my own soccer schools for 15 years.

I have seen a lot of Gaffers come and go, but in my time being a coach, scout and fan with the club, Mr Rodgers is the only Gaffer, I know who gave the U6 & U7's 30 minutes of his time in a question and answer session, the day before Man City.

I would like wish Mr Rodgers continued success, he is one of the nicest men in football. ATB. Reeco
