The tidal forces of the crab pulsar given that it mass is equal to 1.4 solar masses, it would have not only messed up Saturn's rings but would have seriously messed Saturn up, considering Saturn's outter layer is made of up of hydrogen and some helium, you would think the pulsar would, "siphon" the gas from Saturn. I also wouldn't think that Saturn would have that great of a pull on a neutron star again given that the pulsar is 1.4 solar masses. I think your "sandbox" simulator needs some more realistic data inputs.
