Great review, TJ, Thank you. Just had a look on Amazon and they list, but have no stock, a box of 150 for around £15! Pretty good price for a reasonable pencil.

You have to get the Pen+Gear pencils from India. Those are actually quite good. They're about as dark as a Doms X1.

Just curious - Have you reviewed the famous commonplace Nataraj 621 Red and Black from Hindustan Pencils India ?

Found a box of 50 in a thrift store. All presharpened (but long sharpened unlike yours), and they are great to keep everywhere.

Didn't like the Pen + Gear Pencils? The newer models where pretty good to Me! They where so good that My Walmart ran out of them for a little while before I could get My hands on some.

Glad to see you back man!! How'd the obsession with keyboards go? I settled on a Vortex Core for work. My latest obsession is with arcade sticks trust me man you don't want to jump too far down the rabbit hole on fightsticks, too many things to obsess over!! XD

Try pen gear pencils om from mexico and have a lot of years using it even my dad used them a lot mexican pencils sucks so much to we buy american or foreing pencils

I would not buy them, because the quality seems to be bad (or not good enough for my standard: Staedter, Faber-Castell).
