okay, i've finally figured it out: jon and sansa's reunion is the best and most heartfelt for two reasons. the obvious is that it's the first. but the more important reason is that both of them, despite their traumas, are still able to emote and express their true feelings. they're BOTH outwardly emotional when they see each other and embrace for the first time at castle black. none of the other reunions can have that, because the other participants are bran and arya who are so changed from their travels, have been so isolated from people and society for so long, that they are fundamentally different at their core and emotionally detached from what's happening around them. arya's reactions are more heartfelt than bran's, but neither come close to sansa or jon's reactions during any of the reunions, and that's the most important part to make any of these scenes hit.
